Terms & Conditons
By engaging our services, the Client agrees to the following terms:
1. Scope of Services
The Service Provider agrees to provide the social media marketing services as outlined in the proposal or service agreement provided to the Client. Specific deliverables, timelines, and communication expectations will be detailed within this document.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment for Services is due in advance, either on a weekly or monthly basis, as agreed upon between the Client and Service Provider.
- The Client shall make the necessary payment at least one week or one month (as established in the service agreement) prior to the commencement of any service period.
3. Non-Refundable Payments
- All payments made to the Service Provider for Services are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is made, it secures the Services for the specified period, and the Client acknowledges that they are not entitled to a refund for any reason.
4. Changes to Services
- Any requests for changes or modifications to the agreed-upon scope of services must be submitted in writing. The Service Provider will assess the request and, if applicable, provide a proposal for additional work that may incur additional fees.
5. Cancellation Policy
- The Client may cancel the Services at any time, provided that written notice is given. However, cancellation will not entitle the Client to a refund for any payments made.
6. Termination
- The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate the Agreement immediately if the Client fails to make timely payments. In such cases, the Client will not be entitled to a refund for any fees already paid.
7. Intellectual Property
- All content created by the Service Provider during the provision of services remains the intellectual property of the Service Provider until full payment for services is received. After full payment, the Client will retain the rights to the final delivered materials, subject to the terms outlined herein.
8. Confidentiality
- Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information received during the course of the services.
9. Limitation of Liability
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the provision of services, nor shall its liability exceed the total amount paid by the Client for the services rendered.
10. Governing Law
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.
11. Amendments
- The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client. Continued use of the services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
12. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging the services of Build The Trade, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
